Rashmi Dayama

Rashmi is the Group CFO at Leo Capital, bringing extensive operational expertise in finance, compliance, and tax. She is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and tax matters, ensuring the efficient execution of key initiatives at the fund. Before joining Leo Capital, she held significant roles at Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital) and Premji Invest, where she managed fund operations, LP relations, financial reporting, valuations, and process automation. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, meditation, and continually learning new skills.
