Madhusmita is a Partner at Leo Capital and works on the fund’s global investment strategy. Before joining Leo Capital, she worked with Bessemer Venture Partners and served as a strategy lead at Ola Electric. She was also a founding member of Piaggio’s Innovation & Corporate Venture Capital arm in Italy and previously built a startup in the retail space. She splits her time between India and Europe and is particularly passionate about investing in Health, Fintech, and Climate.
