Privacy PolicyRashmi has joined Leo Capital as Group CFO, bringing extensive operational expertise in finance, compliance, and tax. She is responnsible for accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and tax matters, ensuring the efficient execution of key initiatives at Leo Capital.
Before joining Leo Capital, Rashmi held significant roles at Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital) and Premji Invest, where she managed fund operations, LP relations, financial reporting, valuations, and process automation.
Outside of work, Rashmi enjoys traveling, meditation, and continually learning new skills
Madhusmita Das is a Vice President at Leo Capital and works on the fund’s global investment strategy.
Before joining Leo Capital, Madhusmita worked with Bessemer Venture Partners and served as a strategy lead at Ola Electric. She was also a founding member of Piaggio’s Innovation & Corporate Venture Capital arm in Italy. She has also built a startup in the retail space.
Madhusmita splits her time between India and Europe and is particularly passionate about investing in opportunities within Health, Fintech, and Climate sectors.
Raeeza is Vice President at Leo Capital. Prior to joining Leo, she founded her own startup in the sustainability space. She is a chartered accountant by qualification and has previously worked in Goldman Sachs and Deloitte. At Leo Capital, she works on the Investment Team. She also supports the investment valuation, compliance & investor relations.
Dana Labin is a Partner at Leo Capital. She has extensive experience in VC and building startups in the MENA region.
Previously she was a Principal at Dubai Future District Fund, where she led the Fund of Fund investments and was investing in early-stage startups. She was also a co-founder of Palegro Capital, an early growth VC focused on scaling companies, the Chief Investment an Innovation Officer at regions’ leading mass market e-commerce, where she led one of the largest Series A rounds. Dana also worked for Dubai and Abu Dhabi based Corporate Venture Investment Arms and has been a big ecosystem supporter for the last decade.
Henry is a Partner at Leo Capital, based in Europe. He lived in Singapore for over a decade, working both inside and alongside emerging tech companies from Europe and Asia as they scaled across borders, including as a Singapore-based Venture Partner for Octopus Ventures. Henry is focused on growing our portfolio in Europe, primarily in the Nordic & UK markets. He has a particular interest in B2B marketplaces, LegalTech and FinTech.

Rajul Garg is the founder and managing partner of Leo Capital India. He is passionate about company building and takes an active role in working with our portfolio companies. Earlier, Rajul has been a serial entrepreneur and founded large successful companies like Pine Labs, GlobalLogic, and Sunstone. Prior to founding Leo, Rajul was a prominent angel investor and was an early investor in companies such as Meesho, Reify Health, 1mg, and others. Rajul lives between Delhi and Philadelphia.
Gopal Singh is a Senior Finance Manager at Leo Capital. Gopal brings in his decade long experience working in finance and accountancy. He is responsible for finance, accountancy and regulatory reporting functions at Leo Capital. Gopal is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is based out of Delhi.
Nimisha is a Portfolio Success Manager at Leo Capital. She is passionate about actively supporting startups and founders in their journey. As a qualified lawyer, she has worked with leading law firms in India, advising startups on regulatory and corporate commercial matters. Prior to joining Leo Capital, Nimisha was working in an ecosystem enabler role at India Insurtech Association where she built and managed key startup programs. She is based out of Delhi.
Jitesh Luthra has been an active part of the startup ecosystem for almost a decade. He’s played various roles – 2x as a founder and across various early stage roles at startups in India & abroad. He also spent 3 years setting up the Platform team at Blume Ventures – one of India’s leading early stage VC Funds.
Pavitar Raheja is the Chief Financial Officer at Leo Capital India. Pavitar brings in diverse and invaluable Financial Analysis, Due Diligence and Transaction Advisory experience of more than 15 years. He has worked with Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and EBIX Travels previously. Pavitar is based out of Chandigarh. At Leo he manages Risk, Compliance and Financial Management.
Harish Kumar is a Partner at Leo Capital. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience and was previously Head of Technology Investment Banking for South East Asia at Credit Suisse. Harish is based in Singapore and leads the Corporate Development efforts and Capital Formation activities at Leo Capital.
Dinesh Singh is a partner at Leo Capital India. Previously, Dinesh has been an entrepreneur in diverse spaces in India and US like, education, travel, AI. He co-founded Sunstone that has gone on to become a leader in the entry level MBA program in India. Dinesh lives between Bangalore and Pune and works on new opportunities and portfolio companies in the region.
Ravi Srivastava is a partner at Leo Capital and is passionate about tech innovation as a lever for inclusive human progress. Previously, he founded Purvi Capital, and co-founded Jump’s first black-box trading group, kickstarting their HFT practice. Amongst the earliest angels in the Indian ecosystem, Ravi has a portfolio of over two dozen startups & has led pre-seed rounds for companies like Tala, Docquity, Sunstone & Knowlarity. Ravi is particularly curious about AI, Web3, Fintech, and interdisciplinary solution sets – like those at the intersection of life-sciences & engineering.
Shwetank Verma is a co-founder and managing partner at Leo Capital. He has been an entrepreneur in the health and education spaces and has built businesses from the ground up. At Leo Capital, he leads investments outside India. He is based out of Singapore, and is a frequent traveler to India. He is personally passionate about opportunities in health-tech and insurtech.
